About Us

Steve has had a WA state Real estate license for 27 years. After managing his own investment property for 20 plus years, he and his wife decided to start Steady Property Management in 2012. He is a member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and served as Pierce County Chapter President in 2017 and again in 2018. He is currently serving as an Ambassador for the Northwest Region. He received his RMP NARPM Designation in 2017.

Steve is also a full time firefighter at Eastside Fire and has been doing this for over 20 years. He is passionate about helping others and is always looking out for people's best interests.

Steve enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with his wife, 2 children, family and friends.

Steve is a licensed Designated Broker.

Jodi has owned her own investment properties for over 20 years. Her and her husband, decided it was time to start Steady Property Management once their children were both in school.

Jodi is a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers, and is active in the Pierce County Chapter. She enjoys helping owners manage and maintain their investments. Her goal is to provide such excellent customer service that clients will refer her to their family and friends.

In her spare time she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, close family and friends. Jodi is always look for ways to learn and improve the property Management industry and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Alecsi Guieb has been with Steady Property Management since 2017. He has been with contact centers since 2007 and gained 5 years experience in working with customer service, 8 years in being a virtual assistant, 2 years for realtors. Alec prides himself in providing excellent customer service and is always looking for ways to get the job done efficiently. He is available to assist future residents, current residents and our clients, with their questions about the property, billing or general troubleshooting.

He is happily married with 2 wonderful kids. He enjoys spending time with family, relatives and friends.
