Moving often proves to be a stressful time, with plenty of different responsibilities on your shoulders. We want to help make your move as easy as possible, which is why we've created these checklists for you to use. Welcome to your brand new rental home! Please keep the following in mind as you prepare for move-in day.
First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your holding fee was due within 24 hours after having your application accepted. This will automatically be transferred to your security deposit after signing the move-in report. Your first month's rent will be due upon move in, along with any additional fees or deposits required. Please be sure to confirm the final amounts with a member of our team in advance.
Move-in Date & Inspection
Your move-in date will be officially set just prior to lease signing, as well as inspection and move-in information. Steady Property Management does all lease signing electronically.
Steady Property provides a concierge service from Home Citizen that will reach out to you prior to move in to help arrange for utility set up. But, please remember, as a Steady Property Management tenant, it is ultimately your responsibility to place all utility accounts in your name. Please be sure this has been completed upon taking residency to avoid administrative fees and temporary outages.
